9018M Roboter-Löttool, passend zu Lötstation 378FA an QUICK Lötrobotern - Quick QU9018M

On a soldering robot the tool decides whether joint number one thousand still looks like joint number one. The 9018M is the tool QUICK soldering robots run with the 200 W 378FA station, and it is supported with spare parts down to the wear items.

What the tool offers

• Matched to the 200 W 378FA station, so the power reserve also carries ground planes and larger terminals.
• Tips from the QU911G series in several geometries, among them wedge 4.0 x 1.0 mm and notched chisel 2.0 x 2.0 mm, with special shapes available through Quick.
• Heating element supplied separately as spare part 9018, so a change costs the wear item rather than the whole tool.
• Fits the QUICK soldering robots ET9494F-A, ET9494E, 9584EYA, 9594FYA and ET9181.
• Works with the non-contact tip cleaning of these robots using compressed air, rotating brass brushes or sponge brushes.

Technical data

Applications

Automated soldering of cables, connectors, terminals, switches and printed circuit boards in series production. A second unit pays off where two tip geometries alternate and changeover must not cost cycle time.

Compatibility

For soldering under nitrogen the 9018BMT tool with N2 connection is used instead, together with a nitrogen source such as the QU9039 generator.
