Lötdraht-Führung 0,6mm für ET9181 Lötroboter - Quick QU9021C-300-0.6

A semi-automatic soldering robot stands still as often as the wire jams in its feed. At 0.6 mm the clearance inside the guide decides whether the feed grips cleanly. The 9021C-300-0.6 solder wire guide is built for exactly this diameter and carries the wire on the QUICK ET9181 all the way to the joint.

What the guide does

• Designed for 0.6 mm solder wire, so clearance stays small and the feed grips repeatably.
• The ET9181 is set up for 1.0 mm from the factory and optionally handles 0.5 to 1.6 mm, and this guide is how the change of diameter is made.
• Matches feed unit QU9210-06 of the same diameter, both parts belong together in a conversion.
• Original Quick spare part, so the robot's feed length control keeps working unchanged.
• Held as a wear part in stock it prevents a worn guide tube from distorting the 0.01 to 9.99 s solder time.

Applications

Soldering cables, USB sockets, connectors, terminals and switches on the ET9181. The robot draws 280 W, controls 200 to 550 degrees Celsius with a stability of ± 3 degrees off load and travels 100 mm in Z.

Compatibility

Made for the QUICK ET9181. Robots of the ET94xxF-A and ET94xxE series use the 9021QC feed tubes instead.
