A robot's wire feed reports a jam or a break and stops the run, and the cause often sits in the path the wire travels. 1.0 mm delivers more solder volume per unit of feed, which demands a guide without any edge. The 9021QC-230-1.0 feed tube is matched to this diameter and works on soldering robots of the ET94xxF-A series with a travel range of 400 x 400 x 100 mm and an axis accuracy of ± 0.01 mm.

What the tube does

• Built for 1.0 mm solder wire, so the wire runs with little clearance and no kink right up to the tip.
• Matched to the robots' wire feeder, which alarms on jam or break, and a clean tube keeps that alarm out of the process.
• The wire is perforated automatically during feeding to reduce solder spatter, which calls for a guide free of burrs.
• Original Quick spare part, so the programmed feed length stays valid.
• Also available in 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm, which lets a robot change to another wire diameter without further conversion.
