The 9021QC-500-0.5 is the feed tube of the QUICK ET94xxE soldering robots. It guides the solder wire from the feed unit to the tip and is matched to a wire diameter of 0,5 mm. The ET94xxE series works with a travel range of 500 x 400 x 100 mm.
What decides the choice
- Check the robot series first. The number in front of the diameter belongs to the robot generation, and ET94xxE and ET94xxF-A use different tubes.
- The wire diameter comes second. This tube guides 0,5 mm solder wire so the soft wire cannot buckle before it reaches the tip.
- A wear item. A widened or internally soiled tube shows up as a jam or break alarm from the feeder and stops the run.
- Original Quick part, so the feed length stored in the program stays valid.
