In robot operation the tip geometry decides how much heat reaches a joint and what happens next to it. The QU911G-10D is a chisel tip measuring 1.0 x 0.6 mm, which lets it meet small pads and single pins accurately without heating the surrounding area more than necessary.

What the tip does

• Chisel shape 1.0 mm wide, so the edge lies flat on pad and lead and transfers heat in a short time.
• Straight design matching the fixed axis position in the robot, keeping the approach to each joint predictable.
• QU911G series, designed for repeatable joints and long service life in continuous operation.
• RoHS compliant and therefore unrestricted in lead-free series production.

Fits the 9018M and 9018BMT robot soldering tools and with them the QUICK ET9181 SEMI-AUTO, 9594FYA, ET9494E, 9584EYA and ET9494F-A machines as well as further models of the range. For wider joints the same series offers the QU911G-16D at 1.6 x 0.6 mm. Being a wear part, the size in use is worth stocking twice. Scope of delivery: one soldering tip.
