Ground planes, shield cans and cable lugs absorb so much heat that narrow tips bring the joint up to temperature only slowly. The TSS08-4.8D brings the largest chisel width of this range, 4.8 mm, to the work, backed by a 0.9 mm blade as thermal reserve behind the face.

• Blade thickness of 0.9 mm, the material behind the face feeds heat in without raising the station setting.

Meant for ground connections, shielding, cable lugs, heavy strands and terminals in production and repair. Scope of delivery, one cartridge soldering tip. It works in the QUELKTSS80A handpiece of the Quick TS8 and TS8+ stations. For more crowded areas the same TSS08R series offers the 4.2 mm and 3.2 mm chisels, and the change needs no further accessories.
