Lötspitze meißelförmig 2,4 x 0,8 mm für Lötroboter-Tools 9018M, 9018BMT - Quick QU911G-24D

On mixed boards the sore point sits between 2.0 and 3.0 mm, the smaller edge needs too many tenths of a second while the larger one comes too close to the neighbouring lead. The QU911G-24D closes that gap with a 2.4 mm edge at the usual 0.8 mm thickness.

What the tip does

• Edge width of 2.4 mm, noticeably more contact area than the 2.0 mm version at practically the same space requirement.
• Edge thickness of 0.8 mm as on the neighbouring sizes, so behaviour inside the pin row stays familiar.
• Straight design, a change within the series needs no new axis position in the robot program.
• QU911G series, laid out for repeatable joints and long service life in continuous production.
• RoHS compliant and therefore released for lead free series processes.

Application and compatibility

For the 9018M and 9018BMT robot soldering tools used in the QUICK ET9181 SEMI-AUTO with wire feeder, the 9594FYA and 9584EYA with two tables, the ET9494E and ET9494F-A and further models of the range. Its direct neighbours in the range are the QU911G-20D-08 at 2.0 x 0.8 mm and the QU911G-30D-07 at 3.0 x 0.8 mm, a swap between them changes the width only. Scope of delivery: one soldering tip.
