Lötspitze keilförmig 3,0 x 1,0 mm für Lötroboter-Tools 9018M, 9018BMT - Quick QU911G-30DV2-01

Long headers on heavy copper combine two demands, plenty of heat and many joints in a row. The QU911G-30DV2-01 answers with a wedge face across 3.0 mm of width and 1.0 mm of material thickness, so contact is maintained while the tip is drawn along the row.

What the wedge shape changes

• Bevelled working face instead of a narrow edge, the tip can be guided along the row of leads without resetting at every joint.
• Thickness of 1.0 mm, clearly more material behind the face than on the 0.8 mm tips of the series and therefore a smaller temperature drop.
• Width of 3.0 mm for pads with a larger copper connection, terminals and heavier lead wires.
• Straight design, the approach dimension stays unchanged when swapping within the series.
• QU911G series, laid out for repeatable joints and long service life in continuous running.
• RoHS compliant and suited to lead free alloys with their higher temperature demand.

Application and compatibility

For the 9018M and 9018BMT robot soldering tools and the machines fitted with them, the QUICK ET9181 SEMI-AUTO with wire feeder, the 9594FYA and 9584EYA with two tables, the ET9494E and ET9494F-A and further models of the range. The smaller wedge is the QU911G-20DV2 at 2.0 x 0.8 mm, and with an added chisel edge plus long life plating the QU911G-30DV1-06 comes in the same size. Scope of delivery: one soldering tip.
