At 270 x 220 mm this bottom shell is the largest housing part of these stations. It takes the weight of the whole assembly, holds the feet and shields the electronics from flux and solder splash. A crack here stops the station even when every functional group is still healthy.

Application

Relevant after transport damage, broken screw bosses or torn out feet. Sites running several of these stations keep one shell as a shared reserve for all three models.

Scope of delivery

One bottom housing shell. Board, sockets, screws and the upper shell are not included and are transferred from the existing station.

Compatibility

Confirmed for the Quick TS1200, TS2200 and TS2300. The 90 W TS2200 works from 100 to 480 °C and the TS1200 delivers 120 W, both sharing this housing base.
