Touchpadplatine für Lötstation TS1100 - Quick QUKP1100

On the TS1100 the set temperature, the memory positions and standby are all entered through the front panel. If the touchpad board fails, the station can no longer be adjusted even while it keeps heating. This board measures 190 x 120 mm and replaces the complete control unit.

Typical symptoms are single dead keys, double triggering or a station that will not wake from standby. Check the ribbon connection to the main board first, as the fault often sits in that connector alone.
