Transformator für Lötstation TS1200 - Quick QUTF1200

The Quick TS1200 takes its tip to 350 °C in roughly 7 seconds. That performance does not come from the electronics alone but from the transformer feeding the iron with low voltage. Once it burns out the station stays cold, even though the display and the keys may still respond.

What it does

• Genuine part for the TS1200, so terminal layout, winding and rating match the station.
• Supplies the iron of the 120 W station across its working range of 200 to 420 °C.
• Keeps the designed separation between mains and soldering tip, which matters on ESD benches with grounding requirements.
• Repairs a station the operators already know instead of replacing it, so iron and cartridge tips stay in use.

Application

For service workshops and maintenance teams repairing their own soldering benches. Typical causes are mains overvoltage, a shorted iron circuit or a winding fault after years of duty.

One transformer. Housing, control board, iron and stand are not included.

For the Quick TS1200. Other stations in the TS range use their own transformers or switch mode supplies, so check the type plate before ordering. Installation by a qualified electrician on a de energised unit.
