A solder pot is only as good as its temperature control. When the control fails, the pot swings around the setpoint or heats without limit. The genuine board for the 100-4C replaces the control as one complete assembly of 280 x 180 mm.

Applications

Repair of controlled solder pots in cable assembly, tinning work and service workshops. The usual trigger is a pot running too hot, staying too cold, or a display that no longer matches the real state of the bath.

Scope of delivery and compatibility

One control board for the 100-4C solder bath, without sensor and without housing parts. The 100-6C takes its own smaller board. Fitting is done with the unit isolated from the mains by qualified personnel.
