TR1 professionelle mobile Heißluftstation 230V, 1000W - OLED, 100-500°C, 55 l/min, 3 Düsen - Quick QUTR1

Field service and crowded benches rarely leave room for a hot air station with a separate base unit. The Quick TR1 moves control and blower into the handpiece itself, a tool 296 mm long weighing 0.5 kg that still puts out 1000 W.

What it offers

• The whole station lives in the handpiece, so there is no base unit to carry and one tool covers the job.
• Temperature from 100 to 500 °C in 5 °C steps, fine enough for sensitive parts and for lead free alloys.
• Air flow in 10 stages up to 55 l/min, so light components do not drift while the joint heats up.
• OLED readout that stays legible on site, plus a calibration function for consistent results over time.
• Automatic standby in the holder cooling below 100 °C, which protects the heating element and the surroundings.

SMD rework and on site repair, removing components, shrinking tubing and localised heating. Suited to service engineers moving between sites, test departments and labs with very little free bench area.

Scope of delivery

TR1 hot air pencil with three nozzles of 4.4 mm, 6.4 mm and 8.4 mm.

Compatibility

Extendable with nozzles of the Quick NK series. The tool is not an antistatic version, so a strictly controlled ESD workplace is better served by an ESD model such as the TR1300A.
