If a Quick TS1100 no longer holds its set temperature cleanly, the control board is the assembly that carries that task. With a 200 × 150 mm card area at 0.1 kg it is widely laid out and lightly populated, unlike the compact power cards of the 3200 range.

Regulation of the TS1100

• Original Quick spare part designed for the TS1100 soldering station rather than for neighbouring ranges.
• 200 × 150 mm according to supplier data, matching the wide mounting position in this station.
• 0.1 kg at that format, clearly less than the 0.21 kg of the combined cards used in smaller stations.
• Available separately, so a control fault can be cleared without replacing the whole station.
• Manufacturer production standard, so connector layout and hole pattern stay usable without adaptation.

One QURP1100 control board for the Quick TS1100. The 1200 station uses the QURP1200 control board with display, cut differently at 150 × 90 mm. Cables, connectors and screws are not included.
