Filter mat set M5/F7 for LRA Jumbo filter trolley - ULT 02.0.215

A single prefilter mat is either too coarse and lets too much through or too fine and blinds off quickly. This ULT set therefore stages the M5 mat ahead of the F7 mat and fills the change frame of the prefilter stage in the LRA Jumbo filter trolley.

Applications

Scheduled servicing of mobile extraction with the LRA Jumbo at soldering and rework benches, and in production areas with a high dust load where prefilter stages are changed often. The mats retain sticky aerosols cooled down in the intake duct together with solder fume particles.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the ULT LRA Jumbo filter trolley and the 150, 220 and 250 series. Supplied as one set containing the M5 and F7 filter mats. In the LRA filter train the mats sit behind the expanded metal prefilter and ahead of the H13A combination filter cassette.
