Ultrasonic cleaner 50 l, digital, ESD safe - Reeco RE-US400

Flux residue, grease and swarf sit in gaps and bores no brush will reach. In an ultrasonic bath cavitation does that work with no mechanical help and without harming sensitive surfaces.

The US400 holds 60 l, 50 l of it usable, and the tank measures 610 x 500 x 200 mm. Ultrasonic power is 1200 W and heating power 2000 W. Time, temperature and ultrasonic power are set digitally and shown during operation.

The control system watches bath temperature continuously. If it runs too warm the unit pauses the cycle until the liquid has cooled. A signal sounds one minute before the end and again when the cycle finishes. The drain empties the spent bath without lifting the tank.

Tank, housing, lid and the optional basket are stainless steel and all metal parts are grounded. The modular build allows individual components to be replaced, and the unit is rated for 16 hours of operation a day.
