Description
An ionizer only protects if it neutralises charges fast enough and does not create residual voltage itself. This kit turns the EFM 51 field meter into a charged plate monitor: the charge plate is plugged on, charged with the high-voltage generator, and the meter records how long the ionizer takes to bring ±1000 V down to ±100 V.
