Extraction unit ASD 300 HD.13 2Pa for fine dust 200 m³/h at 7,500 Pa - ULT ASD 0300.0-HD.13.11.4005

Where dust loads are heavy, filter service life drives the running costs. The ULT ASD 300 HD.13 2Pa cleans its two filter cartridges automatically with compressed air during operation instead of letting them blind, and holds 200 m³/h at 7,500 Pa even through narrow nozzles and long duct runs.

Applications

Capture and filtration of dry, non-combustible dust in non-explosive air mixtures, for example during grinding, engraving and polishing or when restoring and cleaning works of art. The pressure reserve of the turbine also allows extraction through narrow nozzles, enclosures and long hose runs.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The mobile unit is supplied with the HD.13 vacuum module, the 2Pa main filter module and the fitted cartridge filter set ULT 02.1.581. Cleaning requires a compressed air supply of 4 to 5 bar on site. With the optional exhaust silencer the depth grows to 745 mm.

The spare filter is the PTFE cartridge set of 2 pieces (ULT 4-00090). The unit can be extended with the prefilter module ULT 0300.0-VFM051 and the afterfilter modules ULT 0300.0-NFM002 (adsorption filter cassette A9), ULT 0300.0-NFM021 (combination filter cassette H13A) and ULT 0300.0-NFM015 (particulate filter H14). Against flying sparks, the ATEX certified spark preseparator NT125 for 200 to 400 m³/h is available and is intended expressly for HD.13 units. Up to two Alsident extraction arms of systems 50 and 75, hoses and capture elements in DN 50 and DN 75, the silencer module ULT 9-00137 and the operating hour counter ULT 9-00136 are selected separately to suit the installation.
