Proxxon FLEX-DOT screwdrivers from the Industrial Handtools range cover slotted, Phillips PH0-PH3, Pozidriv PZ0-PZ3, hex (2-8 mm) and Torx TTX 8-10 drive profiles. Blade lengths run from 25 mm stubby versions for confined spaces up to 200 mm. The L-handle design allows greater torque in tight installations where a straight handle cannot engage.
All blades are hardened tool steel with precision-ground tips. The two-component FLEX-DOT grip provides a non-slip hold even under low downward pressure. With 80 articles, the range covers individual tools in all common drive forms as well as special lengths for repetitive assembly work.

For repetitive work with a single drive profile, choose an individual tool in the required blade length. For rework in confined spaces (SMD carriers, housing assembly), the 25 mm stubby versions for slotted and PH2 are the preferred option.
Typical applications: Electronics assembly and PCB mounting with small screws (M1.5-M4), equipment maintenance and repair in measurement and control technology, precision engineering and model making, assembly lines in automation with standardised screw drives, and workstations in EPA zones where antistatic tools are not mandatory.
