SMD adhesive one-component 10 ccm EFD cartridge - Loctite 3609-10ML

Surface-mount components have to stay exactly where they were placed before a populated board runs through the solder wave. Loctite 3609 is a one-component SMD adhesive made for that pre-fixing step and is supplied in a 10 ccm EFD cartridge with 10 cm³ of product.

Applications

Pre-fixing SMD components on the printed circuit board ahead of wave soldering, series production on automatic dispensing lines or semi-automatic dispensers, and repair or small-batch work where parts must be secured against movement.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The 10 ccm EFD cartridge fits common dispensing systems with EFD cartridge holders and runs with matching dispensing needles. The adhesive is released for lead-free wave soldering processes using water-based and alcohol-based fluxes. Scope of delivery: one Loctite 3609 cartridge containing 10 cm³.
