ESD Kapton polyimide tape UL510 50 mm x 33 m, dissipative - WL47304

Whole component fields, housing openings and fixture surfaces are tedious to mask with narrow tape. This dissipative polyimide tape in 50 mm width covers such zones in a single strip and withstands 300 °C short term.

Large-area masking of component fields before wave soldering, covering housing openings and soldering frames, protecting surfaces during conformal coating and powder coating, and taping off fixtures and carrier plates in electronics production.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as one roll, 50 mm wide and 33 m long, on a Ø 76 mm core. For bench dispensers taking 50 mm or for manual application. Narrower widths from 12 mm and die-cut dots complete the series.

Dissipative material for EPA areas according to IEC 61340-5-1. Flame rating per UL510.
