Applications

Useful in production lines, repair centres and laboratories with several ULT 400.1 solder fume extractors. In filter build HA14 the mats sit between the washable expanded metal prefilter and the H13 particle filter cassette, followed by the adsorption filter with 14 kg of activated carbon. Lead free soldering with aggressive fluxes shortens the change intervals, which is where buying in bulk pays off.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For the LRA 400.1 extraction units in versions MD.17 and MD.21. Delivered as ten sets, each with one M5 and one F7 mat, change frames not included. The ULT 400.1 technical documentation lists this pack of ten under 4-00220, the single set under 4-00219 and the change frame with both mats under 4-00867.
