Filter mat M5-02 prefilter for series 300, set of 10 pieces - ULT 02.1.473

The M5-02 filter mat is the prefilter of the ULT extraction units of series 300. It separates coarse dust and larger particles from the extracted solder fume before it reaches the more expensive main filter, thereby extending its service life.

Applications

Regular prefilter change on ULT extraction and filter units of series 300 with a pocket filter stage, in electronics manufacturing, at hand soldering workstations and in laser marking.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

According to the ULT replacement filter list the M5 filter mat is the prefilter of the pocket filter units ASD 300 MD.14 TH, MD.16 TH and HD.13 TH as well as LAS 300 MD.14 THA9, MD.16 THA9 and HD.13 THA9. The K units of the LRA 300 line use the M5/F7 filter mat set (ULT 4-00266) instead, and the 2Pa units use the PTFE filter cartridge (ULT 4-00090). Supplied as a set of 10 filter mats. Made in Germany.
