Extraction unit for gases, vapours and odours 400 m³/h, activated carbon - ULT 0401.0-FQ.1.0

Gases, vapours and odours from bonding, cleaning and coating processes can only be removed chemically. The ACD 400-1-V is therefore built as a pure adsorption unit: an M5 filter mat holds back coarse dust, followed by two activated carbon stages of about 14 kg each that capture the molecular load. At 400 m³/h and 2,300 Pa the unit serves several capture points at once.

Applications

Bonding and potting, solvent cleaning, coating and painting, laser marking that generates odours, plus laboratory and test benches where organic vapours have to be captured at source.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as an ACD 400 series unit with the filter set fitted: M5 filter mat (ULT 02.0.012), adsorption filter ULT 02.1.025 and adsorption filter ULT 02.1.044. All three are storage filters and are replaced completely once saturated. Capture elements such as extraction arms and hoses from the ULT 400 series are ordered separately.
