Extraction unit ACD 200.1 MD.20 A6 for gases, vapours and odours, 6 kg activated carbon - ULT 1-00004

The ACD 200.1 MD.20 A6 is a mobile extraction and filtration unit for odour, gas and vapour that captures pollutants directly at the workplace and returns the cleaned air in recirculation mode. The two-stage filter train made up of a G4 Z-Line filter and an A6 adsorption filter cassette with a 6 kg activated carbon bed is sized for medium pollutant loads, and the exchangeable filter system keeps contamination low during a filter change.

Applications

Designed for bonding, laminating, coating, pretreatment, cleaning, casting and printing. Thanks to the modular design and the M12 interface, the unit can also run as a fixed part of a production line.

Recirculation or exhaust air operation

The filtered clean gas can be returned to the working area, so no heat is lost. Recirculation is not permitted when extracting carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances. In that case the supplied Ø 100 mm exhaust port is fitted on the outlet side and the clean gas is ducted into a central exhaust system.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit comes with the adjustable outlet grille, the Ø 100 mm exhaust port and the EU mains cable to CEE 7/7 with a length of 3.0 m. Accessories such as a foot switch, extraction hoses DN 50, DN 80 and DN 100, extraction arms of systems 50 and 75, mounting consoles and the U15 secondary filter module are available as options and added to suit the application.
