Workplaces that move need extraction that moves with them. The JUMBO Filtertrolley 2.0 ACD rolls up to the process on castors with a telescopic handle and delivers 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa, up to 190 m³/h and 3,200 Pa of vacuum. The A6 adsorption cassette binds gases and vapours in 6 kg of activated carbon, and the AC8 and C10 cassettes cover gas mixtures.

Description
Solvent vapours and odours rarely arise at one fixed bench. The JUMBO Filtertrolley 2.0 ACD is built as a storage filter unit, runs at 80 m³/h against 1,900 Pa at its nominal operating point and is pulled to the job by its telescopic handle. The EC fan reaches 190 m³/h and up to 3,200 Pa of vacuum.

Applications
Bonding, pretreatment, painting and printing, cleaning, laminating and casting. The unit captures solvent and adhesive vapours, odours and chemical outgassing at dispensing, potting, cleaning and repair benches. Clean air returns to the room in recirculation mode, so no heat is lost. Recirculation is not permitted for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Supplied as the mobile trolley with EC fan, flow control, filter loading indicator and adsorption cassette fitted. ULT lists the replacement filters as 4-00378 (A6 adsorption cassette), 4-00404 (AC8 chemisorption cassette) and 4-00402 (C10 chemisorption cassette). An Alsident System 50 arm of 945 mm or System 75 arm of 1,290 mm mounts directly, and hoses and capture elements are available in DN 50 and DN 75. For use outside Europe there is a 100 to 120 V version rated 150 to 160 m³/h, plus mains leads for Switzerland, the UK and the USA.
