At an ESD workstation the fume extraction must not become an extra charge source. This V250 version therefore ships with two ESD Stay Put arms 50 x 650 mm and bench mounts, capturing flux vapours right above the joint.

Applications

Electronics manufacturing, repair and rework at EPA benches with two soldering stations. The bench-mounted arms keep the space under the worktop free and hold the position they are set to.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The delivery comprises the V250 extraction unit for 230 V and 50 Hz, two ESD Stay Put arms 50 x 650 mm, installation flex, bench mount and the flip top mounting plates. Replacement filters for the V 250 series are available separately.

The ESD design of the extraction arms supports operation in EPA areas to IEC 61340-5-1.
