ESD cushion material Permastat, 3-layer, 120 µm, 1200 mm x 100 m - Warmbier 3150.382

Cushioning that holds a charge is the weak point of any ESD packaging chain. This three-layer Permastat cushion material is made of polyethylene and drains charges at a typical bleeder resistance of 10^10 - 10^11 Ohm.

Application

Used inside the EPA for wrapping boards and devices, as a cushioning layer in transport boxes and ESD containers and as an interleaf between stacked assemblies. The film does not shield, so goods leaving the EPA need an additional shielding pack.
