Where there is barely any room under or beside the laser, extraction usually fails on installation height. The AD Nano Plus measures 790 mm x 360 mm x 420 mm and still delivers 300 m³/h at 96 mbar for light to medium duty laser processes.

Applications

Extraction of laser fume in light laser coding, marking and engraving on fibre and CO2 lasers in production and identification lines. The low profile suits installation underneath the machine or inside production cells with a small footprint.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivery comprises the AD Nano Plus extraction unit with the filter cartridge installed. It connects to the extraction hood or enclosure port of the laser system. Filter life depends on the processed material, so a spare filter on the shelf prevents downtime of the marking line.
