Electric screwdriver 230 V lever start 0.4 - 3.0 Nm, 650 rpm, bit grounding - Delvo DLV-30A06L-ABK

On many assembly benches there is no room for a control unit. This screwdriver runs straight off 230 V, drives machine screws from 2.6 to 5.0 mm and covers 0.4 to 3.0 Nm, started with the lever on the housing.

Benefits

• Lever start, the run is triggered deliberately by hand instead of by pressing on the screw, which helps when seating a screw inside a crowded assembly.
• Direct connection to 230 V AC, no control unit or power supply is needed at the bench.
• Two torque springs cover the range, the soft one from 0.4 to 1.6 Nm is supplied with the tool and the hard one from 1.2 to 3.0 Nm is fitted.
• Torque is set steplessly on the adjustment ring, and the cover over it keeps the set value from being changed by accident.
• Bit grounding is fitted as standard, so charge is led away through the tool instead of through the assembly. At ESD protected workstations nothing has to be retrofitted.
• Rated for cyclic work with 0.5 s on and 3.5 s off, which matches the rhythm of a manual assembly station. 3 m cord, 700 g at around 45 W, brushless motor with shut-off clutch and a design that conforms to the RoHS Directive.

Device and electronics assembly, control cabinet and housing work as well as repair and test benches where only a mains socket is available.

Matching accessories

Bits with a 4 mm shank are taken by the ADA-HR4-D63 adapter. The BAL-0515 and BAL-1020 tool balancers carry the tool weight, and the SGR-14 and SGR-23 screw grids keep the screws ready at the bench.
