Screw grid for screw presentation at the manual workstation, slot width 1.4 mm - Delvo SGR-14

Picking small screws out of a tray costs seconds in every cycle, because the screw has to be turned around in the hand first. This screw grid takes the screws in slots 1.4 mm wide, the shank sits in the slot and the head rests on top, so the bit can pick them up directly. The grid measures 96 x 115 mm and keeps a fixed place on the bench.

Matching accessories

For a second screw size at the same bench the SGR-23 grid with a 2.5 mm slot width fits. For larger quantities the DLW-3402, DLW-3602 and DLW-3802 shaker feeders prepare the screws and the OM26M-OMM30 screw separator hands them over one at a time. Driving is done with screwdrivers such as DLV45S06P-AYK, DLV70A06P-ABK or DLV70A06L-ABK.
