Combination filter cassette H13 complete for ASD filter trolley - ULT 02.1.220

When airflow at an ASD filter trolley drops noticeably, a single stage is rarely the cause. The ULT 02.1.220 combination filter cassette replaces the whole filter train and restores three-stage separation from coarse dust to submicron particles in one step.

Applications

Scheduled filter changes on mobile ASD filter trolleys that extract dust and fume at changing workplaces, for example during grinding, engraving, polishing, restoration work and filling or dosing operations. The complete swap suits shops running the trolley across several shifts with no time for staggered single changes.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For ASD filter trolleys. The cassette is made up of the Z-Line filter cassette G4 (02.1.230, set version 02.1.231), interchangeable frame with M5 filter mat (02.1.234), interchangeable frame (02.0.211), M5 filter mat (02.0.236, set version 02.0.237) and H13 particle filter cassette (02.0.221). Supplied as one fully populated cassette. In the spare parts programme of the JUMBO filter trolley 2.0 ASD, ULT lists the same stages as 4-00325 (Z-Line filter cassette G4), 4-00263 (interchangeable frame with M5 filter mat), 4-00229 (M5 filter mat) and 4-00020 (H13 particle filter cassette).
