Combination filter cassette complete for LAS 150/220/250, MDF shaft - ULT 02.1.333

On LAS series extraction units, the filter train inside the MDF shaft decides how much airflow actually reaches the capture element. The ULT 02.1.333 combination filter cassette replaces that train completely and restores the staged separation from expanded metal through M5/F7 to the H13A submicron stage.

Applications

Filter service on stationary LAS extraction units that remove solder fumes, laser fumes or process vapours from cabins and enclosures. A complete swap pays off in particular when a unit has run continuously for a long period and needs to be brought back to defined baseline values.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For extraction units LAS 150, LAS 220 and LAS 250 with MDF shaft. The assembly comprises the expanded metal filter (02.0.210), interchangeable frame (02.0.211), interchangeable frame with M5/F7 filter mat set (02.1.212), M5/F7 filter mat set (02.0.215) and the H13A combination filter cassette (02.1.334). One complete cassette is supplied.
