PTFE filter cartridge 7.5 m² for LAS 500 laser fume systems - ULT 02.0.002

The ULT 02.0.002 filter cartridge is the main filter element of the stationary LAS 500 laser fume systems with the 1PaR7.5 filter build. Its polyester fibre medium with an antistatic PTFE membrane separates particles by surface filtration, so the dust cake can be blown off again with compressed air in counterflow and the system keeps running without a filter change.

Applications

Filter replacement and stock keeping for laser fume extraction on laser engraving, laser cutting, laser marking and laser structuring machines. The cartridge is replaced once the system reports filter loading 100 percent despite cleaning.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the ULT laser fume systems LAS 500 MD.47 1PaR7.5 PTFE (LAS 0500.2-MD.47.0.9) and LAS 500 HD.14 1PaR7.5 PTFE (LAS 0500.1-EC.1.9). The ASD 500 dust collectors with the 1PaR10 filter build use the polyester cartridge ULT 02.0.004 instead of this PTFE cartridge. Supplied as one piece. ULT also lists the complete rotating nozzle under ULT 04.0.019 and the ULTimod 01 filter aid under ULT.02.1.109.
