Soldering tip chisel 30° 1.78 x 6 mm STTC series - Metcal STTC-837P

Cold joints appear wherever the tip cannot replace the heat fast enough. The chisel 30° soldering cartridge STTC-837P from the STTC series works at 485 °C tip temperature, tip width 1.78 mm, tip length 6 mm, designed for ground planes and joints with large thermal mass. The optimized tip geometry raises heat transfer at the contact area.
