Soldering tip conical 0.4 x 8.5 mm STTC series - Metcal STTC-845P

Cold joints appear wherever the tip cannot replace the heat fast enough. The conical soldering cartridge STTC-845P from the STTC series works at 485 °C tip temperature, tip diameter 0.4 mm, tip length 8.5 mm, designed for very fine joints on solid substrates. The optimized tip geometry raises heat transfer at the contact area.
