Laser fume extraction unit AD 250, 180 m³/h at 30 mbar, 230 V - Donaldson Bofa 30761507-1313

Laser marking releases fume and particulate that loads the optics, the workpiece and the operator. The AD 250 captures those emissions directly at the machine and works with a nominal air flow of 180 m³/h at 30 mbar for light duty use.

Applications

Extraction of laser fume in light duty marking, coding and engraving, for example on fibre laser markers used for component identification, in workshops and in small series production.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivery comprises the AD 250 extraction unit with the DeepPleat prefilter fitted. Connection is made through the extraction port on the enclosure or hood of the laser system. Replacement filters for the AD range are available separately.
