Universal tweezers ESD, straight, needle-pointed 0.2 mm tips, stainless steel, 110 mm - Knipex 92 28 71 ESD
A single difference in electrical potential between hand and component can damage a semiconductor unnoticed. The 92 28 71 ESD universal tweezers equalise that difference in a controlled way, their ESD tested epoxy coating having a surface resistance between 10^3 and 10^9 ohms.

Areas of use
Electronics and precision engineering industries, assembly and repair of modules at ESD protected workstations, laboratory and quality inspection. The needle point suits components that a wider tip can no longer grasp at all.
Standards and conformity
The manufacturer states DIN EN 61340-5-1 for the protection of electrostatic discharge sensitive devices. The model is ESD tested and not VDE tested. According to the manufacturer it contains no substances of very high concern under REACH, and the RoHS directive does not apply.
