ESD universal tweezers, needle-pointed and straight, stainless steel, tip width 0.25 mm, 120 mm - Knipex 92 28 69 ESD
Anyone placing SMD parts by hand or moving test samples in production needs a tip that still hits the target under a microscope. The 92 28 69 ESD universal tweezers have needle points with a tip width of 0.25 mm and dissipate charges in a controlled way through their ESD tested coating.
Benefits
- Secure handling of electronic components in fine applications, because differences in electrical potential between user and workpiece are equalised in a controlled manner.
- ESD tested black epoxy resin coating with a surface resistance between 10^3 and 10^9 ohms, which makes the behaviour dissipative.
- Needle-pointed design with a tip width of 0.25 mm on both legs, suitable for the smallest parts in electronics and precision engineering.
- Antimagnetic construction avoids electromagnetic damage to sensitive assemblies.
- High quality stainless steel with high toughness and very good corrosion and acid resistance against many atmospheric environments and corrosive materials.
- Only 20 g at a length of 120 mm, with smooth gripping surfaces and smooth handles in a matt finish.
