Laser fume extraction unit 140 m³/h 3 filter stages Laser Line LL 150 - Weller FT-L15N

Laser processes release ultrafine particles and volatile organic compounds that particle filtration alone does not handle. The Weller FT-L15N Laser Line LL 150 therefore combines three filter stages with 140 m³/h capacity and a maximum vacuum of 2300 Pa, sized for small to medium particle loads.

Applications

Laser engraving and marking of plastics and metals, laser welding and cutting of small parts, marking of boards and housings, and any laser workstation with a small to medium particle load.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as the Laser Line LL 150 unit with 1x filter 150-2012-LN and 1x 150-4000. Extraction arms and nozzles are selected separately to suit the workstation. Remote operation runs over the RS232 interface.

The ESD safe design supports operation at workstations according to IEC 61340-5-1.
