Extraction unit ASD 300 MD.16 TH for fine dust 250 m³/h at 3,500 Pa - ULT 0300.0-MD.16.11.3013

Point extraction at soldering stations and small machining spots needs vacuum rather than volume. The ULT ASD 300 MD.16 TH delivers 250 m³/h at 3,500 Pa and therefore extracts reliably even through slim capture nozzles and long hose runs.

Applications

Suitable for capturing fine dust and dry particles at individual workstations, laser markers, engraving stations, dispensing machines and small machining cells. The pressure reserve also allows extraction from enclosures with a narrow cross section.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit is supplied with the main filter module fitted and the three storage filter stages listed above. All filters are available individually as genuine ULT spare parts and are replaced completely once saturated. Capture elements and the control cable are selected separately according to the installation.

For extension, the prefilter module ULT 0300.0-VFM051 and the afterfilter modules ULT 0300.0-NFM002 (adsorption filter cassette A9), ULT 0300.0-NFM021 (combination filter cassette H13A) and ULT 0300.0-NFM015 (particulate filter H14) are released for ASD 300 TH. The unit accepts up to two Alsident extraction arms of systems 50 and 75, with mounting bracket, silencer module ULT 9-00137 and operating hour counter ULT 9-00136 available as accessories. Extraction hoses and capture elements are available in DN 50 and DN 75.
