Description
The 02.0.612 pocket filter is the prefilter of the ULT extraction and filter units of the 1200 series in the TH and THA16 filter builds. ULT states the filter class as ePM1 50% to ISO 16890, which corresponds to the former F7 designation. Its large volume provides a high capacity for coarse dust, while the large filter area separates very fine dust even at high raw gas volume flows.

Applications
In the ASD 1200 MD.18 TH the pocket filter pre-separates dust and fume from grinding, engraving, polishing, filling and dosing processes, followed by the Z-Line filter F7 (ePM1 65%) and the H13 particulate filter cassette. In the LAS 1200 MD.18 THA16 it pre-separates laser fume from laser cutting, marking, structuring and engraving, here behind the expanded metal prefilter and ahead of the M5 filter mat, the H13 particulate filter and the A16 adsorption filter with 16 kg of activated carbon.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Suitable for the ULT extraction units ASD 1200 MD.18 TH and LAS 1200 MD.18 THA16. The host units run at a nominal operating point of 1000 m³/h at 1700 Pa, reach up to 1500 m³/h, carry protection class IP54 and a sound level of 55 to 65 dB(A) at 50 to 100 percent air performance. Supplied as a single pocket filter.
