Solder fume extraction unit 190 m³/h, 3000 Pa, Easy-Click, 230 V - Weller FT91013699N

Solder fume should disappear where it is created, without a noisy unit taking over the workstation. The Zero Smog TL generates up to 3000 Pa of vacuum at a maximum of 190 m³/h and runs at 50 dBA. An automatic notification system indicates when the filters are due for replacement.

Applications

Hand soldering benches, repair and rework in electronics manufacturing where flux fume, particles and gases have to be captured. The compact housing can be placed directly under or next to the workbench without using up work surface.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as the Zero Smog TL extraction unit with blower, filter monitoring and installed filters. Extraction arms, funnel nozzles and hoses are ordered separately. A WT Hub is required for connection to a Weller WX or WT station. Replacement consumables are the compact filter with H13 particle filter and activated carbon granulate plus the F7 fine dust pre-filters of the Zero Smog TL series.
