Replacing only the main filter and skipping the prefilter costs twice at the next service. This ULT change frame carries the M5/F7 filter mat set and keeps coarse and fine dust out of the extracted air of the series 400 before it loads the downstream filter stages.

Applications
Servicing of solder, laser and adhesive fume extraction units of the series 400 in electronics manufacturing, rework and laboratories. The prefilter is changed at shorter intervals than the main filter, typically as soon as airflow drops visibly or the mats are visibly loaded.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Suitable for ASD 400, LAS 400 and LRA 400. Scope of delivery: 1 change frame including the M5/F7 filter mat set (02.0.040). For subsequent changes the mat set 02.0.040 is sufficient, the frame stays in the unit.
