Change frame with M5/F7 filter mat set for LRA 400.1 - ULT 02.1.032

Replacing only the main filter and skipping the prefilter costs twice at the next service. This change frame carries the M5/F7 filter mat set and forms the mat stage behind the expanded metal prefilter in the HA14 filter configuration of the ULT 400.1 series. It holds back coarse and fine dust before the air reaches the H13 particle filter cassette and the adsorption filter.

Applications

Servicing of solder fume extraction at manual soldering stations, robot soldering cells and automated soldering lines. The mat stage is changed at shorter intervals than the main filter, typically as soon as airflow drops or the mats are visibly loaded.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Intended for the HA14 filter configuration of the LRA 400.1 units. Scope of delivery: 1 change frame including the M5/F7 filter mat set (02.0.040). For subsequent changes the mat set is sufficient, the frame stays in the unit. Note on the filter build: in the ASD 400.1 series the prefilter stage uses an F9 bag filter, in the LAS 400.1 series a panel filter F, in the ACD 400.1 series the M5 filter mat.
