Change frame for prefilter mat series 400 - ULT 02.0.016

The prefilter decides how long the downstream main and adsorption stages survive, and it can only do that if it stays tensioned and sealed in the air path. That is the job of the ULT 02.0.016 change frame in the 400 series extraction units.
