Change frame for prefilter mat series 400.1 - ULT 02.0.016

The prefilter decides how long the downstream main and adsorption stages survive, and it can only do that if the filter mat stays tensioned and sealed in the air path. That is the job of the ULT 02.0.016 change frame in the extraction units of the 400.1 series.

Applications

Maintenance of ULT 400.1 series extraction units in continuous operation, where the prefilter stage is replaced on a schedule. Depending on the version the units run at up to 600 m³/h at 9,800 Pa (MD.21) or 1,000 m³/h at 2,600 Pa (MD.17), with a rated operating point of 300 m³/h at 2,500 Pa.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

One change frame is supplied per order unit, the filter mat is ordered separately. Check the filter build of your unit before ordering: according to the ULT 400.1 technical documentation the prefilter stage is a change frame with filter mat in the ACD series (M5 filter mat, ISO Coarse above 85% to ISO 16890) and in the LRA series (M5/F7 filter mats). The ASD series uses an F9 bag filter in an empty frame at this position, the LAS series a panel filter F.
