Panel filter F9 prefilter 270 x 270 x 24 mm for LAS 160.1 SK - ULT 4-00304

The F9 panel filter works in filter build SK of the LAS 160.1 laser fume extraction unit, directly behind the expanded metal prefilter. It picks up the particle and aerosol load that passes the metal mesh and keeps it away from the H13A combination filter cassette.

Filter build SK of the LAS 160.1: stage 1 expanded metal prefilter 4-00301, a washable condensation filter, stage 2 panel filter F9 4-00304, stage 3 filter mat M5-02 4-00238 rated ISO Coarse 85 % to ISO 16890, stage 4 combination filter cassette H13A 4-00002 with an H13 particulate filter to DIN EN 1822 and an activated carbon adsorption filter A. The H13 filter reaches a particle separation rate of 99.95 %.

Applications

Laser engraving, laser marking, laser structuring and laser cutting. The LAS 160.1 MD.11 delivers up to 190 m³/h at up to 3200 Pa of vacuum, with a nominal operating point of 80 m³/h at 1900 Pa. The filter is changed on a fixed schedule or as soon as capture performance at the extraction point drops.
