The main filter of a solder fume extraction unit is its most expensive wear part. The ULT F9 panel filter sits upstream of it, takes up the coarse particle load and extends the service life of the following filter stages in the LAS 160 and LAS 200 units.

Applications

The panel filter is used in electronics manufacturing and repair workshops on LAS 160/200 solder fume extraction units, and also in bonding, dispensing and marking processes that generate dry particles. It is replaced on a fixed schedule or as soon as capture performance at the nozzle noticeably drops.
