The Z-Line prefilter G4-02 holds back coarse dust and fibres in the ULT 1200 series extraction units and relieves the downstream filter stages. Filter class ISO Coarse 90% to ISO 16890, listed by ULT as replacement filter 4-00311. The pack of ten fits the A60 and K filter modules of ACD 1200, LAS 1200 and LRA 1200.

Description
Units of the ULT 1200 series run at a nominal operating point of 1000 m³/h at 1700 Pa and reach up to 1500 m³/h. At these air volumes the prefilter stage comes due for replacement regularly. The Z-Line prefilter G4-02 catches coarse dust and fibres and keeps the far more expensive main and adsorption stages clear. ULT lists the pack of ten under replacement filter number 4-00311 and the single piece under 4-00310.

Applications
The filter works in solder fume extraction with the LRA 1200 MD.18 K, in laser fume extraction with the LAS 1200 MD.18 K and in the extraction of gases, odours and vapours with the ACD 1200 MD.18 A60. In filter module K it sits behind the expanded metal prefilter and ahead of the Z-Line filter F7 and the combination filter cassette H13A8. In filter module A60 it forms the first stage ahead of the A12 adsorption cassette at the top and three A16 adsorption cassettes below.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Suitable for the ULT extraction units ACD 1200 MD.18 A60, LAS 1200 MD.18 K and LRA 1200 MD.18 K. The host units carry protection class IP54 and a sound level of 55 to 65 dB(A) at 50 to 100 percent air performance, the ACD 1200 A60 runs at a nominal point of 450 m³/h at 2500 Pa. Each order unit contains ten Z-Line prefilters.
