Once more than a handful of soldering positions need extraction, one central unit is more economical than many bench units. The V1000 iQ delivers 850 m³/h at 100 mbar from a 2.2 kW drive, holds the set airflow through automatic flow control as the filters load, and reports the condition of each filter stage independently.

Applications

Designed for heavy duty applications with a high particulate and gas load: central solder fume extraction for several manual workstations, extraction on selective and wave soldering machines, reflow processes as well as bonding, potting and coating benches with a solvent content. USB remote diagnosis makes operating and filter data available for maintenance planning.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as the V1000 iQ extraction unit in the 230 V version with iQ control and installed filter cascade. Extraction arms, hose sets, nozzles and replacement filters are ordered separately and depend on the number of workstations to be connected.
