Extraction unit ASD 1200 MD.18 TH for fine dust 1,000 m³/h at 1,700 Pa - ULT ASD 1200.0-MD.18.10.3005

Fine dust from grinding, engraving and polishing has to be captured where it is created, otherwise it spreads across the whole shop floor. The ULT ASD 1200 MD.18 TH captures 1,000 m³/h at 1,700 Pa and returns the air to the workspace through three storage filter stages up to class H13.

Applications

Capture of dust and fume during grinding, engraving, polishing and restoration work as well as filling and dosing operations. The nominal air flow of 1,000 m³/h allows several capture elements to run in parallel, and the unit roof carries a Ø 160 mm mount for an extraction arm.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit is supplied with the TH main filter module and the three storage filter stages listed. An expanded metal pre-filter (ULT 4-00312) can be added upstream as an option. Filters are replaced completely once saturated and can be reordered individually, the F7 pocket filter also comes as a set of 10 pieces (ULT 4-00182). Available accessories are the DN200 exhaust connection (ULT 9-00089), the SUB D9 interface (ULT 9-00090), an operating hour meter (ULT 9-00093) and an outlet silencer (ULT 9-00099). Capture elements such as extraction arms or hoods are selected separately. The filtered clean gas may be returned to the workspace. With carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances recirculation is not permitted, in that case the exhaust spigot is fitted on the outlet side.
