Extraction unit ASD 1200 MD.18 TH for fine dust 1,000 m³/h at 1,700 Pa - ULT 1200.0-MD.18.10.3005

Fine dust from grinding, cutting and handling processes has to be captured where it is created, otherwise it spreads across the whole shop floor. The ULT ASD 1200 MD.18 TH captures 1,000 m³/h at 1,700 Pa and returns the air to the workspace through three storage filter stages up to class H13.

Applications

Typical uses are the capture of fine dust at grinding and deburring stations, at machine tools and in electronics manufacturing, as well as dry dust from dispensing and filling operations. The high nominal air flow allows several hoods or extraction arms to be operated in parallel.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit is supplied with the main filter module fitted and the three storage filter stages listed above. Filters are replaced completely once saturated and can be reordered individually as genuine ULT spare parts. Capture elements such as extraction arms or hoods are selected separately.
