Intensive laser marking, coding and engraving produce large amounts of particulate and organic gases. The AD 1000 iQ moves 850 m³/h at 100 mbar and carries enough filter area to keep filter changes rare even in continuous operation.

Benefits in operation

• DeepPleat DUO pre-filter with approx. 30 m² glass fibre media, efficiency 95 % at 0.9 µm (F8).
• Combined HEPA and gas filter with approx. 7.5 m² media and 34 kg treated activated carbon, 99.997 % at 0.3 µm.
• iQ operating system with automatic flow control, real-time airflow reading and separate monitoring of both filters.
• Reverse flow technology: coarse particles settle in the filter housing before they load the pre-filter.
• Low noise below 63 dBA at typical operating speed, below 58 dBA with optional silencing boxes.
